Our commitment

Trevor Snell Insurance is committed to making trevorsnell.com usable by everyone, including people who use assistive technology such as screen readers, screen magnification, voice control, or keyboard-only navigation. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the standard most commonly referenced by U.S. accessibility law and guidance.

What we've done

Every page on this Site is built and periodically checked against automated and manual accessibility testing, covering things like:

  • Text labels on every form field, so screen readers can correctly identify what information is being asked for;
  • Color contrast that meets WCAG 2.1 AA minimums for text and interactive elements;
  • A "skip to main content" link for keyboard users, so the site navigation doesn't have to be tabbed through on every page;
  • Semantic headings and table structure so content reads in a logical order with assistive technology;
  • Keyboard operability for menus, forms, and interactive tools.

Known limitations

No website is perfectly accessible at every moment, especially one with interactive calculators and plan-comparison tools that update frequently. Some third-party content we link to or embed — for example, Sunfire, HealthSherpa, our GoHighLevel scheduling calendar, and other partner quoting tools — is outside our direct control, and we can't guarantee its accessibility. If you run into a specific barrier anywhere on this Site, please let us know using the contact information below, and we will work to fix it and, in the meantime, offer you an accessible alternative (for example, completing a form with you by phone).

Feedback and contact

If you experience any difficulty accessing content or using any tool on this Site, or if you need information in an alternate format, please contact Trevor directly:

We try to respond to accessibility feedback as quickly as possible, and we treat every report as an opportunity to fix a real problem — not just for you, but for the next visitor who runs into the same thing.
