What this Site is — and isn't

This Site provides general educational information about Medicare, individual and family health coverage, small-group coverage, and life and annuity products, and lets you request a personalized quote comparison or schedule time with Trevor.

• This is not a government website. We are not associated with or endorsed by Medicare, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), or any other government agency.
• Submitting a form on this Site is a request for information or a quote — it is not an insurance application and does not enroll you in any plan, and it does not affect your current coverage.
• Tools on this Site (calculators, cost comparisons, plan listings) are estimates and educational aids for general planning purposes. They are not a substitute for a review of your specific situation with Trevor or for official plan documents, and they should not be relied on as your sole basis for an enrollment decision.

Third-party links and tools

This Site links to and embeds tools from third parties we work with — for example, Sunfire, HealthSherpa, Simplicity, and UHOne — to let you get quotes directly, and uses our own GoHighLevel-based scheduling calendar to let you book an appointment. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, which we don't control. Your use of any third-party site or tool is at your own discretion and subject to that provider's own terms.
